We would need more information on what Tandberg CODEC you are referring to. In general, I don't think CUCM 8.0 has native support for Cisco TelePresence (formerly Tandberg) endpoints. You may be able to integrate as an H.323 device or 3rd party (advanced) SIP device. I have done that on other versions of CUCM with varying degress of success.
