Hi guys. I have installed temp license recently to test some features, now they are expired. How can I delete them from CUCM 10.5 ? I could not find delete option in Prime Lic Manager :( .

1Is not this service interruptive?
2I have permanent and expired temporary licenses . I assume after delete product instance and sync it back I will need to add my permanent licenses again manually ?

Hi Bekzod,
Licenses will be synchronized if already uploaded. This procedure is recommended to be done during off hours:
Procedure
Step 1 | In the Action column for the product instance you wish to delete, click Delete. A message appears, confirming that the product instance was successfully deleted. |
Step 2 | Following a successful deletion, click Synchronize Now to obtain the most up-to-date licensing information for all license types in the system. |
