The best resource for tools for Unity products is www.ciscounitytools.com

Take a look at the search page : http://www.ciscounitytools.com/SiteList/AllDownloads/alldownloads.html and search for 'Port Status Monitor'.

Business Edition is basically CallManager with Unity Connection co-resident, so look for a version for Unity Connection that matches your version number.
