This is with regards to a customer requirements where they require Time of Day Routing to route evening/off-hour calls to a specific extension number.
The idea is to not to explicitly divert all evening calls to specific extension, but for wait for a while and then to the diversion. I know this is a feature of CFNA, but how can it be globally merged with TOD so that all evening calls that do not get answered within a particular period of time get diverted.
