TMS Agent UI error message

Dear Networkers,


We do have TMS 14.4.1 installed using SQL Express on a Windows 2008 Server.

Then, we installed Cisco TMSPE 1.2 for smart shceduling on the same server using the same SQL Express instance.

No error message displayed when installing TMSPE, but when trying to access the TMS agent Web page : https:/"/IP_Address_TMS"/tmsagent/tmsportal/?locale=en_US

The web page does not show anything and we face the follwing error essage : An error Occured. Reload the page and try again.

We check java prerequiste before TMSPE installation , and we installed Java 7u51 as mentionned in the deployement guide before installing TMSPE.

Can you please advice ?

Yup, I've already checked the browser compatibility and plugins.

I just resolved the issue. It was an OS related issue!  In fact Cisco recommands to install the latest SP on Windows Server 2008.

I installed a Windows 2008 hotfix and it resolved the issue. The hotfix ID is 980368, This hotfix is part of Windows server 2008 SP1.
