I'm trying to setup a transcoder with Call Manager 6.1, but i have an issue when i try to setup the dspfarm-profile, in the maximun session the router doesn't have resources left. but the router has 64dsp install:
I would start by verifying that you've determining how many dsp resources you have available then go from there. Remember every 16 MB of pvdm memory equals to one DSP. More than likely if you're short of DSP resources you'll need to add another PVDM or increase the memory (replace).
If you type "show voice dsp group all". Find amount of "num_of_sig_chnls_allocated" make sure that the value of the channels allocated on at least one of your DSP resources is set to 0 (meaning its free/available to use). I've pasted an output from my router. On DSP 7 and DSP8 of my router, you'll see that 0 channels are used. (BOLD TEXT)
3825#sh voice dsp group all DSP groups on slot 0: dsp 1: State: UP, firmware: 9.4.12 Max signal/voice channel: 16/16 Max credits: 240 num_of_sig_chnls_allocated: 16 Transcoding channels allocated: 0 Group: FLEX_GROUP_VOICE, complexity: FLEX Shared credits: 240, reserved credits: 0 Signaling channels allocated: 16 Voice channels allocated: 0 Credits used: 0
Always a nice idea to start by checking if you really have free resources, also notice that depending on which codecs you enable under the dspfarm the dsp channels requirements might go up really quick and the sessions will go down.

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
