transfer call

Hi;

i have the operator phone who can recieve incoming calls and he can call externel via 4*FXO port. (i don t have E1)

and i have the security phone who can t recieve directely externel call and can t make externet call,

but whent the operator leave he will tranfer the incoming call to the security,

and i want to make the security the possibility to make externel call via FXO port when he have this transfer from operator.

i have CM 7.0 BE

Cisco 2811 with 4*FXO Port

I assume you mean something like CFA to the security guy.

If this is based on fixed hours you can do this with TOD, otherwise it needs someone to manually modify the CSS from CCMAdmin
