Unity does not play the prompt "please wait while I transfer your call" during Caller System transfer or during Cross-box release to switch transfer.
Is there any way to get this to work? Callers get confused when they hear no prompt, just hold music and ringback.

What is your Unity version? In Unity 4.1(1) and 4.2(1), open the SaWeb page (System Admin webpage) and find the CallHandler that is transfering the call, then select the Greetings option, under 'While transferring, notify caller?' make sure to uncheck the box for "Do not play the "Wait while I transfer your call" prompt"
