When users access their voice mail, and hit 2 to Send a message, the system disconnects with a message "This system is temporarily unable to complete your call.." and disconnects.

Cisco Unity's Phrase Server Manager experienced a serious error.

Customer is running Unity 4.0(4)SR1 with Installed Engineering Specials: CiscoUnity4.0(4)_ES23, CiscoUnity4.0(4)_ES35, CiscoUnity4.0(4)_ES46 and Exchange in failover configuration. From the attached log file.

Resolved issue. Problem was related to wav files used by the directory handler.
