translation-rule 3 digits internal to 4 digits external

Hi Everyone,

We use a E1 with Voice Gateway 2901 start with 0522310000 to 0522310199, and telco use just last 4 digits (0000 to 0199)

Internal numbers of IP Phones start with 200 and end with 399

I'm looking for a configuration (translation-rule) that translate an internal number 2.. to 00.. and 3.. to 01..
