Installation is unity 4.0(4) integrated with CCM 4.01, Unified messaging with exchange 2000 and outlook 2000 clients on windows 2000. VMO version is 4.0(4)
Problem is with TRAP When a message comes in to inbox, if you open it and click play, it rings phone, but when you answer phone line goes dead.
All settings are ciorrect in terms of extension, Unity server address, use phone to play and record.
If you open write a new voice message you can record ok.
Users can access VMs over the phone no problem.
No errors in DBWalker, event viewer. Message type is showing as voice on outlook.
Help much appreciated.
