TREO Topic Again

I have a Unity 4.2 install with UM (Exchange 2003) and there are a bunch of users using the TREO, I think model 650. I tried changing recording to GSM 6.10 and it still won't play. My question is, the Unity data sheet specifically calls out the ability for TREO to play the voicemail. Is that assuming you are recording at GSM 6.10?

for our handheld devices we've installed a piece of software called TCPMP. it allows for WAV files encoded as g729 or 711 to be played on a windows mobile device. we've installed it on the xv6700 as well as a treo 700 and the 650W.

if it's the palm OS based treo i'm not sure.
