Hello, we are in the middle of configuring our users phones with a custom logo background. We have managed to get the logo to display on 90 of the 98 devices, however the other 8 will still only display the "selections unavaliable" message when trying to display the custom backgrounds. Inside the CCM admin the devices are all configured the same, and we can not find what might be holding the few devices back. All devices are Cisco 7945, and we are running CUCM 8.5.1. Any and all help is greatly appriciated. Thank you.
Thank you Michael. After power cycling the phones didn't work, we discovered that these few devices were stuck with an invalid ITL file. A simple erase and re-load of the ITL File fixed the issue. Thanks again.
