Hello, we are using IPCC Enterprise 7.x with all calls connecting to our VG (12.4.6XT) and CVP 4.0
We have been asked to monitor and supply reports for 'all trunks busy' and 'trunk utilization' from our Voice Gateway.
I'm not too sure where to start on this one! Can someone point me in the right direction, or let me know how you report off of this?
Thanks!
Barry

The reports a little bland. But you can login into the CallManager and Serviceability and run a trunk report. It will spit it out into PDF. It will show max calls, or peak and percentage of utilization I believe. If it's not in serviceability, it's in the RTMT tool. (sorry, I do not have CUCM in front of me at th moment)
You can also call your PSTN provider and see if they can pull a report for you on trunk utilization to verify

Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately we are not hitting the CM first, and we are going directly to our CVP.
I'm hoping there may be an internal IPCC report, or I might have to query the MIB on the gateway.
