TTS intermittently stops working after upgrade to Unity 4.0(5)

TTS stops working on after upgrade to Unity 4.0(5).

The only error in the Event logs is:

EVT_TTSMSG_LnH_PROV_WHILE_SHUTDOWN_WARN

ID: 1044

Message: Recoverable Error from L&H TTS Engine while shutting down (mapped to HRESULT %1). %2

The Event ID is 1044, but there is no info of any use on that ID.

Temporary fix is to restart the Unity Services, but this issue reoccurs every three days or so. Prior to the upgrade this issue did not occur.

Make sure you have the service packs installed for 4.0(5). This version has some flakey issues. You will need a CCO login to get to the software.
