I'm installing a second Unity Server to support a different Site. I've got unity installed and I think i have everything configured correctly for the integration. the Problem I'm having is that the unity ports on the new server show up as registration unknown. it does list the new unity server Ip address.
i think this is causing me to get a re-order tone when i dial the Pilot number. This new unity server is 4.04

On the second Unity server, open service.msc applet. Is AvCsMgr started? Are most of the AV* services started? If the answer is yes, try stopping Unity from the system tray. Restart Unity after Unity has stopped. If Unity now works, I am pretty sure that bug is fixed in Sr1 + Es35

download Unity 4.0.4 SR1 from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-40
post your email address or call tac for es35.

I have SR1 applied. I do not have Es35 applied yet.
as to the services Starting all of the Av services are started.
Guess my next Step is to call the TAC

So if you stop Unity from system tray, and restarted Unity again, Unity works?
