UC 540 and CCa 3.2 Auto attendent 'Dial by Number anytime' doesnt work

           Hi,

I installed and updated fully the UC540 for the office. Setup Auto Attendent and recordered base greeting, saying dial the extension anytime.

The dial by number anytime is checked as is dial external etc.

When calling in and entering the extension, the message completes before transfeering. Is this working then?

Help would be appreciated.
