Hello, I would like to know you opinion and experience on Cisco Unified Communication 500 series.
In particular I need this product to connect two remote branch office through VPN tunnel.
I have two option in my mind:
1. Use 2 UC500 and do a sip trunk and vpn between each.
2. Use 1 UC500 and a 2900(or 2800), ad do sip trunk and vpn between each.
What I would like to know, and I still I could not find, is which routing features UC500 series have. Is like a small version of 2800?
Thank you really much for your help.
Best regards Antonello

Hello,
I have no opinion on the UC500 series as it doesn't really find its way into my customer networks. I have set it up to test things in the lab but that is about it. However, I wanted to reply and give you a link to a site I found pretty useful for UC500 and CME discussions.
The site I am referring to is http://uc500.com/
Here is a link to a thread on SSL VPN support on a UC500:

HTH.

Bill
