We have a customer who received with their CCM 6 back in 2007, Two 5 Enhanced free CCX license and we normally would order to customers the CCX-70-BDL-OS-UPG; however this is now End-Of-Sale, We could not understand the migration options that were provided with EoS, what are the alternatives for a customer that has those free licenses and currently have a CCM 7.1(3) and upgrading soon to 7.1(5).
First off, the customer is only entitled to one of those licenses, not both. Cisco was lazy and just shipped a PAK with every MCS chassis. In reality the legal language of the promotion states that it is only one quantity five per new customer.
