UCCX 8.5 potential deadlock alert in syslog

Hi,

In UCCX 8.5(1) we recive some alerts in syslog saying

The error you are seeing typically indicates a CTI issue. I would not be alarmed if you are seeing this error once in a while.

However if it is happening more frequently, I would recommend you do the following during a maintenance window:

Stop CTI Manager Service on all CUCM servers :

= Start CTI Manager Service on CUCM Publisher

= Start CTI Manager Service on all CUCM Subscriber(s)

= Perform a JTAPI re-synch and a Data synch in Appadmin in UCCX

(Subsystems, Cisco Unified CM Telephony, Cisco JTAPI Resynch / Data Synchronization).

Yes ofcourse, CTI on Pub should be restarted first, as Pub usually is the main CTI Service provider for UCCX.

As mentioned earlier it's due CTI sync issue. That's why the procedure has a step to Perform a JTAPI re-synch and a Data synch in Appadmin in UCCX

It did not resolve the issue it still shows the same alert in RTMT whether it can be any script errors??

These were the steps we followed

we stopped the CTI manager Service in CUCM pub and then in CUCM Subs then we started them again(Publisher first)

Then we performed JTAPI Resynch and Data Synch

Please help me out
