I'm working with a client who has UCCX 8.6. They have asked me to find out why agents cannot transfer calls to other agents of to other queues. I've looked around some and seen that, in callmanager, there is nothing blocking these calls. So my question is this- Does UCCX natively block these kinds of calls? And if so is that something we can turn off?
