I have several applications each with their own Call Control Group in UCCX 5.0(2).
The problem is, if I call the application trigger, often different Call Control Groups seems to handle the call from what is specified in the trigger config. I have plenty of available sessions and CTI ports in all Call Control groups.
My understanding is that a trigger uses a specified Call Control group and that's that.. It should not grab ports from others..
