UCCX services not available while uccx subscriber failure

hi ,

We have cluster setup of CUCM 9.1 and UCCX 9.0 , Exsi 5.1  host consists  cucm pub and uccx sub and other server consists cucm sub and uccx pub. Some days back cucm pub and uccx sub server got hang.

Problem was resolved after hard reboot of the server. As per my knowledge, in a situation where UCCX PUB is up and running call center agents must be able to login to their agent desktop software. But in my case agents were unable to login to their agent desktop software.

I would be grateful if someone help me to understand whether the problem occur due to UCCX service or CUCM service. Additionally I want to know whether VM distribution meets the best practice as well.

UCCX services not available while uccx subscriber failure

Hi Dhanushka,

You can check the postinstall.exe on the pc hosting CAD and see  if both the UCCX servers are listed there. Check the following for more  details
