UCM 7.0 call reports

Does anyone know if there is a way to run a reports\logs on the UCM 7.0 to obtain  the following information:

When the call came in, if the call was answered or not, and also time/date the call based on user extension.

I tried to use the CDR to generate such reports, but it was not very user friendly to the users when trying to look for this information on the CDR report.

Unfrotunately the only thing we provide is CAR (cannot add or modify the reports), if you need enhanced reporting capabilities then you'd need to get a 3rd party billing solution.

Dear Friend

try touse billing softwares from Nevotek or Stonevoice ..

www.nevotek.com  or www.stonevoice.com or www.arcsolutions.com . All these 3rd party billing tools are good products . Stonevoice Billy is free for 30 days where you can try it out and buy later .. I don't know about the others . CAR tool is extensive and its better to use 3rd party tools ..
