UCM passes External number mask when login on to UC
UCM 22.214.171.1244-1 and UC 126.96.36.1998-361
Out of the 350 users I have a handful users when they press the vm msg button on the phone UCM passes the external number mask which goes to the main menu instead prompting for the user password. If I remove the external mask, then it works fine. If I create my DID as an alt. extension no different, I also created my cell phone as an alt ext and logged me in prompting for a password. Same config for all the users but for some reason UC looks at external mask instead at the ext. UC is standalone. Anyone any clue. I can see the complete number in UC port monitor for the users with issue and the rest only the internal ext. shows thru. ???
