I am installing Cisco Unity Connection 22.214.171.12400-139 in Our Lab (VMWare environment with Athlon Processor). Installation & integration has been done successfully, but I am facing the following issue while trying to access the Voice Mail Box:
1. After pressing message key, " Prompting enter your PIN no ". After putting the PIN, I found silence for while and phone display showing "Temp Fail"
Then I unable acess the Unity for while.
2. Call Handler is working fine.
Please help me on this regards,
