This could be something that was triggered by the upgrade to CUCM; however, I would not consider this normal as I've not seen that often. However, I can say that version 7.0 is full of bugs so I wouldn't be too suprised by anything really. What I would do, if I were you, would be to upgrade both systems to 7.1(3b)SU2. I'm sure you'll have a ton of folks come behind me and say 7.1(5); however, you'll find the frequent contributers all tend to recommend 7.1(3b)SU2 whenever it makes sense. Very stable code, I still recommend it to clients for various reasons, no issues thus far.
