I'm trying to get a lab setup with CUPS 8, very new to Presence. I have CUCM 7 and CUPC 7.0.2 (Mac and Windows). I am not using LDAP or DNS, everything done with local user accounts in CUCM and IP addressing only. No problems with the CUCM side of things including IP phones and softphones. When I login with CUPC to CUPS my login is accepted but at the bottom of the CUPC window it always says "Connecting". It never actually connects. I've setup CUPC profiles for Unity Connections as well as desk phone control, but no luck. I'm most likely missing something small, but unsure of what. I've got CUCM setup properly to the best of my knowledge but I'm unable to get CUPC to work properly. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
