I am facing a problem in unity. We are having CCM setup in two clusters. both are connected via ICT. CCM VERSION IS 4.1(3)
when users leave a voice mail within the cluster or in another cluster, people can able to read the voice mail.
But when somebody leave a voice mail from PSTN, the message is getting stored and MWI is glowing in the phone. But we are not able to read the voice mail. This happens only when we leave a voice mail from PSTN.
When a message is left from within either clusters, most likely the sender is also a unity subscriber. I think that if you used an extension that is not used by an unity subscriber, the symptoms will be identical.
Part of the symptom indicates a permission problem (most likely with unity_servername account) but MWI coming on does not make sense. Can you please take a look at the application event logs to see if an error is posted when you leave a vm, and when you attempt to retrieve it?
