Unable to record a Call on UCCX7.0 server after hold

Hi all,

I am using a UCCX 7.0. On Cisco desktop administrator I create a workflow use for auto recording.Recording start automatically when the call start and recording end once the call end. But call doesn't record after hold. What is the problem and where I require to make changes. Attachments are attched.
