Unable to remove a default prompt message from Cisco Unity Call Handler Operator

Is it possible to remove a default prompt message of a operator call handler which ask the

caller to dial the extension "please dial the extension" this messages is played three times

befor transfering the call to the operator? This Unity call handler is working with a third

party PBX.
Note: We can remove the default prompt message previously mentioned when this call handler

works with a ccm instead of a pbx.
