unable to resolve failover partner FQDN

Unity 4.0.3, I get this error when I click some windows in the Unity Admin from a remote machine. This does not occur on the local machine. I have added the server name to the remote desktops LMHosts and Hosts file and it is still happening.

when I click on a subscriber after doing a search a window pops up with "unable to resolve failover partner FQDN" and I am unable to view the subscribers info.

As Keith indicated, Service Release 1 for Cisco Unity 4.0(3) should resolve this issue.
