Unable to retreive messages or delete the mailbox in Unity

Hi guys,

When a user with a particular extension tries to log into Unity from IP-phone to retreive messages, the user keys in her password, Unity thinks for a while and than reports ?The system temporarily is unable to complete the call?. Nothing helped to sort out the issue so it was decided to delete the mailbox for this particular extension and recreate it. Unfortunately Unity did not like the idea. You delete this mailbox than do the search and, surprise, the mailbox is still there. You delete it again ? and it stays undeleted. When doing different changes to the mailbox, Unity reports all kind of errors. So it looks to me like we have got the database issue for this particular mailbox. Did anybody see this before? Any idea what can be done about it?
