Unable to Transfer to user phone in Opening Greeting

I'm trying to be able to dial a subscriber and have it ring there phone. I've verified that in Call Transfer - Transfer incoming calls to subscriber's phone - yes and there extension is selected with there number. Transfer type is Release to switch. Class of service is set for default transfer and has the * enabled.

I've verifed the VM ports have the right CSS to be able to reach phone.

Any other ideas.

Perhaps you could tell us what's happening when you do this? From the opening greeting if you dial a subscriber's extension (assuming they are setup as a subscriber with that extension in the Unity DB), what do you hear?

BTW, which version of Unity/CM are you working with here?

I found the issue, out of the 32 ports, 2 of them didn't have CSS set, it happened to be the ports that I was hitting when I was testing.
