I have a unity 4.04 installation with Exchange Off Box and Cisco Call Manager 4.0.
We are licensed for Text to Speech but in the Class of Service, Licensed Features, I have unchecked Text-To-Speech for e-mails for the Default Subscriber.
The subscriber in question is a member of this subscriber template.
Additionally I have disabled in Unity with the Advanced Option Tool the Read Receipts for both, Conversation and Unity Inbox. The unity server has been rebooted since I made those changes, about a year ago.
I have discovered that at least one subscriber when they send an E-mail message and it returns with an Undeliverable message, (Mistyped E-mail address, or down recipient e-mail server) Unity will play the message and she says: A receipt: your message to 1 or more recipients sent September 7th at 9:19am could not be delivered."
If I delete this message, Unity no longer plays the Undeliverable.
I am confused as to how to prevent this from happening.
It's not really a read receipt. It's an undelivered message.
Any suggestions?
