Unexpected error with Unity 4.0(4) SR1

Does anyone see this error before? Thanks.

an unexpected error has occured while a subscriber is on the phone with Unity. This can potentially result in the subscriber hearing the failsafe conversation. Technical details are - IAvDohMessageIterator::get_Count returned [0x8004010f] on line 624 of file e:\views\cs_ue4.0.3.159\un_Conv1\AvConvSubscriber\AvConvSubMsgCountSvr\AvSCOSAndMsgCount.cpp.

I also have seen this message occasionaly, but have not seen any related symptoms like users complaining of hearing an error message. The good news is that Cisco understands that there is not enough information in the event log to investigate the problem. Take a look at Bug CSCeg69839. It basically says that more information will be available in Unity 4.2 and the workaround is to enable Unity diagnostics for the area of the conversation that generated the error.
