Unified Attendant Console Saving Preferences

I have set the Arc Solutions Registry to give users full control yet some settings do not save. Transfer does, voice mail prefix does, none of the windows size settings. Are these really not saved?

I also have an odd issue where it says the saved extension is invalid but I uncheck the save box and use the same listed extension it works...

This is The 10.0 release of Advanced.

My organization is having the same issue - we have it now so that the preferred view is saved and reopens properly when opening the software, but is lost if the software is minimized for other tasks. 

 

Is there a fix for this????
