Unified Comm - dial out from either missed calls or received calls
We have Unified Communications 8.0. Is there a way to have it automatically dial 9 when hitting under the directory - auto dialing a missed or received call. We would also like the caller ID on the phones to correctly display the incoming phone number, i.e. not showing the "9" at the beiginning of each incoming phone number.

I don't know if there is a specific solution for this in CUCM 8.0.
