Looking to get serial numbers for contract renewals.
Is this something that can be done via UCOM?
If you are talking about renewing the contract, may be Partner Helpline (PH) team is the right direction by opening a case with them.

I have installed CUOM 8.6 and added CUCM 8.5 devices in it. Devices are in Monitored state but i find no states on Dash Board and Giagnostics View etc.
When adding CMs, there were 3 OIDs available and I selected all three.
Please help me to sort out this issue.
