Unified question

I have a customer who doesn't want to get his voice mails in his email inbox. Is there a way to stop this?

You can't turn this feature off with unified messaging, but you could create a seperate account for voicemail. This would double the number of accounts you have to administor and necessitate another username and password to log in to PCA, etc., but it would accomplish your goal.
