What is the procedure of upgrading form 2.4 to 4.0 ?

It covers the 2.x to 4.0(x) upgrade scenario - for upgrading to 4.0(3) and later there's a seperate version of FullDBImport than for upgrades to 4.0(2) and earlier. Just be sure to get the right one off www.CiscoUnityTools.com before you start.
