We are currently in the process of integrating a fresh install of unity with domino 6.0.2. The unity services start with no errors. We installed DUCS 1.2.1 on the Lotus server. We are running Lotus 6.0.1 client on the Unity server. The client on the unity server connects to domino with out a problem. When we go into the SAWEB page an select the subscribers link the following message is displayed.
error '80004005'
Unspecified error
/Web/Common/include/SaConstInc.asp, line 107
Note: All other pages within SAWEB display fine.
Thanks,
Scott

This error is typically seen with using Unity for Lotus Domino where the Unity Server ID file is stored on the Lotus Domino server and is being accessed via a mapped drive.
Assuming that is the case -- to correcy this the Lotus Notes client on the Unity machine must be re-configured to access the Unity Server ID file locally. Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard must be re-run.
Hope this helps...

Hi Sir,
Currently we are also found this similar error,
we already tried to reboot client pc's also we tried to restart the unity server and the problem still occured
Currently we are running 1 UM Unity system and we want to upgrade the mailstorage from Exchange 5.5 to 2003. Since customer will not tolerate any downtime, we decided to build another Unity server with mailstorage pointing to the 2003 Exchange server.
After we finish installing Cisco Unity, when we tried to access the subscriber page we found this error
"error '80004005'
Unspecified error
/Web/Common/include/SaConstInc.asp, line 107 "
Also from the event viewer we found this error
