Unity 4.0(3) Patches/Upgrades

I have a Unity 4.0(3) I just inherited and Im looking for a resource for patches and upgrades.

I saw there is an upgrade to 4.0(5)- not sure if I should install (4) first or just (5). any help or resources will be great.

All that being said, how does Cisco charge? can I take them to 4.2 without cost? if not whats the highest I can go.

There happens to be a Service Release 1 for Unity 4.0.3 that is found where the other downloads for Unity 4.0 are: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-40

You can upgrade from 4.0.3 to 5.0.1 as indicated by the Reconfiguration and Upgrade Guide: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/5x/upgrade/guide/ex/5xcurugex.html

I don't know if there is a charge-- that question would best be posed to the Account Manager who handles your account.
