I finally upgraded our Unity server from 3.1(5) to 4.0(3)! I have created a lessons learned doc, which is attached to this post. The environment before the upgrade was Cisco CallManager 3.3(3) SR4, Unity 3.1(5) with Win2K SP3, TSP 7.0(3), Unity Bridge 2.1, and Exchange 2000 voice connector 10.0 - unified messaging with off box Exchange 2000. The support I received from my account team, Cisco TAC, and this forum have been excellent throughout. If you would like a copy of my upgrade document, which ran 41 pages, email me separately and I can zip it to you.

I too would like a copy of your upgrade doc. We are about to tackle a 3.1(2) to 4.0(3) upgrade, to a new server, and with a complete dial plan change...

I have reattached the 3.1(5) to 4.0(3) upgrade document I used, with Cisco's advice and website, to this post. I also included a "lessons learned" document which may be of assistance regardless of the version you are going to.
