Unity 4.0(4) and Telephone Menu

Hi.

I have a customer that would like to have an specific mailbox without the option to delete the message after reading it. It is possible?

In 4.0(5) and later you have a custom keymap conversation you can edit to remove that option (and much more) - this is not offered in 4.0(4) - you can check out the home page of the Custom Key Map tool for details on how this works:

You might be able to use this.

Just take out the delete option. Another way is to use Exchange. Keep the retention higher for that subscriber. So if the vm is deleted, Exchange will keep the message xx amount of days/months/etc. Even though it's deleted.. Exchange will keep in on file in retention.
