When a user press 9 to have the message properties, AFTER listening a message, the system only say the hour that the message was sent. The customer wants the date also. How can I had that?
Thank you.
N.B. In version 4.0(3) the system tell the telephone number of the caller, the date and the hour the message was sent.

Hi Sonia -
I found a couple of engineering specials in the 4.0(5) index that might apply - if you are using the French language, I would look at ES27. Maybe 54? Here is the list - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/prod_release_note09186a0080599ea7.html
As always, I would check with TAC to confirm one way or another before applying either to your system, especially in production.
Sincerely,
Ginger
