we are running ccm 4.0 and unity 4.0 and today i am getting complants that voice mails are going into the inbox but not on the phone and the red indicator light isnt coming on. we are running exchange 2003 also. here are the error messages im getting. event id 1032
EVT_MSG_MWI_FAILURE_DOH_LOAD
Turn on Doh diagnostics to troubleshoot.
my question is what is doh diag?

Hi -
Are you by chance running 4.0(4)? There is an engineering special that references this error - http://www.ciscotaccc.com/voice/showcase?case=K21056963. You might check with TAC on this if you are at 4.0(4). Also the DOH diagnostics can be run from the Unity Diagnostic Tool in the Tools Depot.
