UNITY 4.03 - Exchange 5.5 -> Exchange 2K3 Migration

I will be moving my message store from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 this coming weekend, I know this is done from within the configuration setup wizard, I also know that Exchange 2003 system manager needs to ben installed on the UNITY server for this to work, I do not know which is the best order to do this to minimize UNITY downtime, can anyone provide any tips/hints?
