Unity 4.2(1) GSM 2.1 Build 8 modification for PIMG integrations

When Global Subscriber Manager moves users between PIMG-integrated servers where the source server uses higher numbered ports for MWI and has more ports configured than the destination server, MWI fails.

GSM needs to overwrite the MwiPortNumber column in the NotificationMwi table to '0' or a value that is rational in the destination server's integration instead of carrying that column over intact.

To add to this discussion... If in fact Unity is keeping track of which port lit the lamp, that means Unity is configured for Port Memory (some switches require the same port that lit a MWI be the one to extinguish the MWI. So GSM should first send the lamp off code before moving the user to another Unity server.
