Unity 4.2(1) Standard Greeting Issue

I am seeing some strange behavior for Call Handler standard greetings. When I configure a custom greeting and save the greeting, it gets disabled and the radio buttons are greyed out so I am unable to enable the standard greeting.

Has anyone seen this before?

There were bugs along these lines on upgraded systems in previous versions but I haven't seen anything in more recent versions of Unity.

Run dbWalker (found in the tools depot on your desktop) and it should identify handlers and subscriber's that have disabled standard greetings - it should never be able to be disabled. The SA could be showing it as disabled and it's not, by the way... does the greeting play when you access the handler?
